Welcome!
Before we begin your coaching, I just need a few important details from you and for you to confirm that you understand how sessions work, and the nature of personal training.
This helps keep you safe and ensures we both get the most out of your training.
Terms and Conditions
Sessions and scheduling
Sessions are pre booked at agreed days and times. These slots are reserved exclusively for you.
Cancellations
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled within 48 hours will be charged in full.
Lateness
If you are late to a session, the session will still end at the scheduled time.
Payments
All sessions are paid monthly in advance via GoCardless. Payments are non refundable.
Trainer availability
In the rare event that I need to cancel a session, I will provide as much notice as possible and the session will be rescheduled.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your personal training, I will require 1 calendar month of notice.
Disclaimer and Assumption of Risk
Physical exercise carries a risk of injury. By participating in personal training sessions, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
Gold Medal Personal Training is not responsible for injuries or medical issues that occur as a result of undisclosed medical conditions, failure to follow instructions, or actions outside of supervised training.
You are responsible for informing me of any changes to your health or medical status.
