We're delighted to welcome Zac to the Gold Medal Personal Training team! Zac joined us in August 2026 and has already been making a great impression, bringing his sporting experience, enthusiasm and relaxed approach to personal training.
Originally from Melbourne, Australia, Zac has always had a passion for sport and fitness. Growing up, he played Aussie Rules football throughout school before discovering competitive rowing, a sport that continues to be a huge part of his life today.
From Melbourne to Molesey
Since moving to the UK, Zac has continued to pursue his passion for rowing and currently trains with the High Performance Men's Squad at Molesey Boat Club.
Training at this level requires plenty of dedication, discipline and hard work. It's also given Zac valuable experience in strength and conditioning, endurance training and athletic performance, all of which he brings into his work with our clients.
But what makes Zac a particularly good fit for Gold Medal PT isn't just his sporting background.
A Friendly Face With Plenty of Experience
One of the things that stood out to me when I first met Zac was his personality. He's calm, easygoing and genuinely approachable, which I think is so important when working with people of different ages, abilities and fitness levels.
He has a great way of making people feel comfortable, while still knowing how to challenge them and get the best out of their sessions.
Having come from a competitive sporting background myself, I know how valuable that experience can be. But I also firmly believe that great personal training is about understanding the individual, building confidence and making exercise something people actually enjoy.
Zac shares that approach, which is exactly why I'm so pleased to have him on the team.
Helping More People Get Moving
As Gold Medal Personal Training continues to grow across South West London, having Zac on board means we can help even more people achieve their fitness goals.
Whether you're completely new to exercise, looking to rebuild your fitness or hoping to improve your strength and performance, Zac brings the knowledge, patience and encouragement to help you make real progress.
He's also a fully qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer, combining his professional qualifications with his ongoing experience as a competitive athlete.
Welcome to the Team, Zac!
It's exciting to see Gold Medal PT growing, and I'm really pleased to have someone who shares my approach to training joining the business.
If you're looking for friendly, professional personal training in the comfort of your own home, your local park or residential gym, we'd love to hear from you.
