About me…

As a former Gold medalist, World Champion Rower for Great Britain, I know what it takes to achieve peak physical fitness. As a personal trainer, I bring this expertise to help clients reach their fitness goals.

My approach to coaching is easy-going and fun. I specialise in bringing training equipment to clients in local parks, communal gyms, or even back gardens, providing a tailored fitness experience. With a range of dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, and other equipment, I can create custom plans for clients of all abilities, from beginners to advanced.

Whether clients want to lose weight, build muscle, or improve their overall fitness, I have the knowledge and experience to help them achieve their goals. With a focus on functional fitness, I design workouts that are both challenging and rewarding, helping clients to not only look better but also feel better.

My coaching style is supportive and motivating, creating an environment where clients feel comfortable to push themselves to their full potential. I have a fun and easy-going approach to coaching, making workouts enjoyable and something to look forward to.
